All rowers MUST bring running shoes to every practice. 

Team members need to be prepared for land training in case weather doesn’t permit us to conduct practice on the river.

As many of you know, this will be my last year as my daughter Amanda will graduate with the class of 2007.  The team needs someone to take over the duties of web master and developer.  With a little bit of training and basic know how, the job really isn't all that difficult. If you have any interest or know someone who can take over please contact me and we can discuss the details.

Dear Rowers and Boosters, Here's your chance to have a little fun and add your own personal touch to the web site. We're looking for rowers and parents alike to contribute short, interesting, and fun commentaries about the regatta's or any other crew related activity. Be creative, have fun and maybe your contribution will be used on the site. If you are interested, and we hope you are, send your comments and commentaries to Crew Stories. Each week we'll pick the best 2 or 3 and post them to the site.
